Premature ejaculation (PE) is defined as uncontrolled ejaculation that occurs before or shortly before sexual penetration. It usually occurs without any sexual stimulation and has unsatisfactory results for both partners. Premature ejaculation can affect a man’s confidence and can lead to anxiety and stress.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) refers to the inability of a man or his partner to maintain an erection necessary for sexual needs. It is often called impotence.

Treatment includes the following:

Premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction are both common forms of male sexual dysfunction and can affect any man at any point of his life.

1. Lifestyle changes include abstaining from alcohol and smoking. Regular exercise and yoga should be done. Deep breathing exercises also help.

2. Dietary modification by avoiding fried, junk, processed, canned and maligned foods. Cereals, eggs, blueberries, bananas, onions, celery, ginger, lettuce, honey and milk should be included in the diet. Blueberries and grains help in the blood circulation of the genital area and thus maintain an erection.

Ayurvedic treatment for Premature Ejaculation:

Dinacharya / Ratiacharya – It is arranged after the day’s routine. This includes sleep patterns, food quality and quantity, exercise, sex, brushing and following many do’ts.

2. Rituchakra – This is basically a systematic seasonal protocol, which should be followed.

3. Sadvichara and virtue – This practice enables one to be a circle of goodness and to practice good works.

4. Achara Rasayana – A behavior and behavior that must be followed in the form of rejuvenation, anti-aging drugs and immune modulators if the chemicals are taken advantage of.

5. Vega dharna and vega urethra should be avoided – natural reflexes like urination, defecation, sneezing, hunger, thirst, sleep, sex, crying should not be avoided. Anxiety, anger, tension, jealousy, hatred should be avoided.

Ayurvedic treatment of Erectile Dysfunction:

Rasayan & Vajikarana Therapy – This herbal medicine leads to an increase in strength, strength, erections and times of happiness. This therapy can only be given in a person who exhibits self-control and is between 18–70 years old.

Apart from the specific Ayurvedic remedies mentioned above, these should also be done:

  1. Massaging the genital areas of the body especially with herbal oils acts as an aphrodisiac
  2. Yoga and meditation help to relieve stress and fatigue.
  3. Herbal supplements should be taken to rejuvenate the reproductive organ.
  4. Minimum 8 hours of sleep a day.
  5. Natural Urges should not be avoided.
  6. Ghee should be added in the diet.

Ayurvedic management especially Rasna and Vajikaran are popular all over the world.
