How many times is sex necessary to stay healthy in a week!

The busy life of the day, work stress, tremendous mental pressure of works, our sexual excitement is getting decreased day by day. But how many times a week is sex necessary to stay healthy? Some are meeting several times a week, some 2-5 times, some are never a week.

It says that people who have sex at least 2 times a week have a better heart rate than that of those who had never sex a week. We all know how harmful high blood pressure is for the heart.
If you are in stress, the chances of a heart attack are very high. And nothing can be more stress buster than sexual intercourse. Also, regular sexual intercourse will reduce your weight. Sleep is also good after sex, those who have sleep problems or those who do not sleep well, regular sexual intercourse is very helpful. So you meet with your partner twice a week at best. Then your heart would be better and healthier
